Deborah Musson was appointed to the post of Head of Human Resources for CIMA in July 2011, after having served as the Authority’s Human Resources Manager from 2001 to 2007.

Between 2007 and 2009, Ms. Musson worked with Ernst & Young as People Consultant for the company’s Bahamas and Cayman Islands offices. In 2009 she moved to the Office of the Complaints Commissioner, where she served as an investigator, before returning to CIMA to take up her current post.
